I was born in 1980 in the capital of Greece, Athens and I am a disciple and teacher in Astanga Vinyasa method as it taught by Sri.K.Pattabhi Jois.
My first contact with yoga was in a local gym in my neighborhood back in the 2004 while in that period I was studying in a private fitness academy. The next year I started working as a fitness and aerobic instructor in various gyms around Athens. In 2006 complete 120h TT on Yoga @ Deuche Aerobic Academie with Suzi Azaki, but something was missing - and I only found what it was, when I met my main teacher Kristina Karitinou in 2009 at her old retreat located in the south of Crete. I asked her to stay there and study with her the Tradition of Astanga Vinyasa Yoga and I am fortunate to be under her generous teaching and her big heart ever since. By the time I meet Kristina, I had also the luck to meet Manju Jois, son of Sri.K.Pattabhi Jois and expand my studies with him in a way that only you can find when you are receiving the wisdom of a Traditional Method, as it is. Since then I complete with my teachers, 500h TT both in Primary and Intermediate Series in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and in the summer of 2012 I had the bless to be Authorized to teach Primaries Series by Manju.P.Jois at Astanga Yoga School in Rethymno/Crete.
There are thousands of spiritual practices that can give you many tools to understand and take care of the Self, and only like this you can help others. All you need is just to enter ONE of the thousands doorways…the rest ARE COMING….!Currently there is no upcoming teaching class schedule as I’m traveling to abroad for studies.
